Over the past seven years, we have systematically developed the most effective methods for training Qigong. As our many students have learned for themselves, our system is real, and it gets results. Whether you want to feel relaxed, gain a better understanding of yourself, or even just get low aerobic exercise , Toronto Qigong can make it happen for you.
Moving Qigong (MQ): This class involves various sets Qigong which emphasize gentle stretching/ physical movements & postures to circulate Qi. From the physical movements one starts to develop breath & mental awareness as they refine their practice.
Relaxation Qigong (RQ): A Qigong set which emphasizes breath & mental awareness to circulate the Qi in the body. This class incoporates guided meditation, so it is suggested one bring a Yoga Mat & a blanket to lie down with. Pillows are provided in the studio. Inquire for a private class.
