Who We Are, What We Do
Over the past seven years, we have systematically developed the most effective methods for making Qigong practical. Qigong is a discipline which derives off two words: “Qi” refering to life force, body function and “Gong” meaning methods of exercise for strengthening or replenishing. We have optimized Meditation and Qigong training and now our mission is to make this technology available to others who seek to learn it and to revamp our art. Our system is real, and it gets results, as many people have experienced. Whether you want to feel more relaxed, gain a better understanding of yourself, or even just get low aerobic exercise the Toronto Qigong can make it happen for you.
Zachary Lui has been a practitioner of Qigong and Meditation for over five years during which, he has apprenticed various people in Chinese Medicine and Qigong to hone his skills. He has also in the past trained in Yang Style Taijichuan and Yin Style Baguazhang. In addition to this, he is an avid reader, enjoys living a balanced life and in his final year of training as an Acupuncturist. Zachary, who has run a year long program on self-development is an instructor at the Quantum Life Science Institute and has a passion working with others. To date, Zachary has trained many people, alot of them having their life improved in the process.
